 President of Rajinikanth Fans Association, Sathyanarayana, better known as 'Thalapathi' to Rajini fans, has been 'rested' from the post since he is unwell. However, no one has been appointed in his place. According to reports, a message stating Sathyanarayana will not be the president, has been received by fan clubs. One of the oldest confidantes of Rajini, Sathyanarayana managed the fans' club affairs for decades now. 'I am indeed unwell, and unable to attend 200 meetings in 20 days, as I used to in the past. Rajini sir did not want me to strain myself,' the 'Thalapathi' was quoted as reported in English daily. |
