She has green flagged a property in Mumbai.

As per Latest Shilpa Shetty Interviews, she said that, "Yes, I have bought a new house. I'm doing it up currently and will give the final touches when I'm back in town."

Katrina Kaif & Caterina Lopez

Lately it so goes - in Bollywood - that when you say - "Katrina", the first things that are bound to pop into peoples' heads are ... 'Sheila Ki Jawaani', a belly dancing - sexy-cute-Indian lady with foreign accent, a smiling Akshay Kumar, a vengeful Salman Khan and ... Jennifer Lopez's cousin???.

Yes, Caterina Lopez, Jennifer Lopez's cousin was in B-town, for a sizzling new item number in upcoming movie Bhindi Bazaar inc.. Speaking of the whole "Katrina-Caterina connection" apart from their names sounding same, here is another interesting fact both of them were promoted in Bollywood through common director Kaizad Gustad. Kaizad Gustad (famous film director and writer) has directed the scintillating promotional music videos for Caterina's debut song in Bollywood for Bhindi Baazaar inc. Kaizad's is the same guy who also directed and promoted Katrina Kaif in her debut film Boom.

Like Katrina Kaif, Caterina Lopez is also loving India and actually considering making it her "second home". Being a Shah Rukh Khan fan, she aspires to make it big in Bollywood!

Sonakshi Sinha Dating Wishes – want to go with Ranveer Singh

(1) Ranveer Singh also seems to have stolen much heart of actresses including Hottest Sonakshi Sinha also. Yes….

At one of the famous TV chat show, “Koffe with Karan” which hosted by Director Producer Karan Johar, had asked to her that, “whom she would like to date?”

As per Sonakshi Sinha Interviews over there, she said that, "Ranveer Singh, if only he was single!" "Take him. He's all yours."

(2) Sonakshi Sinha loves dancing very much but unfortunately despite her three Bollywood Forthcoming Movies in 2011, 'Race 2, 'Kick', and Prabhu Deva's untitled next, she has no item songs.

As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, she said that, “I love dancing, but I’m not bold enough for an item number. It’s just not my cup of tea.” “There are no problems between us, as far as I know and these stories don’t bother me at all. I’m not here to replace anyone. I just want to create my own place and am working at my own pace to do that.”

“For me, it all still feels very surreal. I can’t believe I’m into my second film already. I’m enjoying the process of evolving as an actor and too busy doing that to be bothered by any gossip that’s doing the rounds about me.”

Currently, she is in Chandigarh shooting for Director Shirish's Bollywood 3D Movie 'Joker'.

The four heroine of ‘Maatran’

The big budget, eagerly awaited film ‘Maatran’ directed by KV Anand with Surya is almost ready to roll in April. The film is one of the closely followed films by fans as it is only the second film by the terrific team comprising Surya, KV Anand, Writer Subha and Harris Jayaraj. ‘Maatran’ is produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram under his banner AGS Entertainment.

This report is to reveal that another important aspect of the film is in its finalization stage. The heroine of the film. Here too rumours were aplenty saying a lot of top Bollywood heroines are in contention. ‘Dabangg’ fame Sonakshi Sinha and Band Baaje Baarat girls Anushka Sharma were hot favorites.

But very, very reliable news reaching us says that no Bollywood heroines but our own Tapsee, Samantha and Kajal Agarwal are in the race to be the heroine of ‘Maatran’.

Tapsee is on a high after ‘Aadukalam’. Samantha and Kajal Agarwal have the advantage of being popular in Andhra too where Surya also has a strong fan base. Then Tapsee is also a hot heroine in Andhra.

Our instinct says it will be finally Tapsee. What say guys?
